Institute of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Keele University
The Institute of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Keele University (ILAS), working with the KPA, aims to boost the postgraduate community and its student’s opportunities to learn and socialise together.
ILAS offers two multidisciplinary degrees in Liberal Arts and Natural Sciences, offering modes of study up to and including a four year undergraduate masters, building on Keele’s history of and commitment to innovative teaching and collaboration.
ILAS is also home to the Grand Challenges lecture series, and a postdoctoral network, providing career development events and networking and social opportunities across the university research community.
ILAS is based at Keele Hall at the heart of the Keele campus, the grade-two listed former residence of the Sneyd family situated in hundreds of acres of Staffordshire woodland.
